Case Studies

This is our bragging page, where we give you the client, the challenge and the results. I would also like to remind you that these aren’t OUR results, a lot of the work has to be done by you, with our guidance.

Flyte new media is a fantastic web development company, led by my internet marketing super-hero, Rich Brooks. I had the pleasure of working for flyte for over a year as their Project Manager. I also started up their SEO department, now headed by Nicki Hicks. Prior to Nicki’s arrival, however, I had the pleasure of being the one and only SEO at flyte. I cannot mention flyte’s clients by name, but I will give you some of the results we achieved:

Retirement Community - we built them a new SEO friendly site, got them blogging, did some keyword research and on-page optimization and they went from virtually NO internet presence to first page rankings on Google for all of their most targeted key phrases.

Pest Control - simply through on-page optimization and local market targeting, we acheived top 10 rankings for ALL of the targeted keywords.

Author - the objectives were to prepare for the aftermath of high profile TV spot by ensuring that the site came up for a particular key phrase that was going to be used prominently, but had not been targeted on the site before. We started with an electronic press release and finished with some on-page optimization and got the job done. The site is #4 on page 1 of Google for that term. It took 6 months to get there, however during the time just after the TV story, the press release of the new DVD using the phrase prominently was on the first page of Google for month or so.

There’s a lot more we could put here, however we’ve only been in business for 6 months with KizmeTech, so we’ll update this with our new successes on a regular basis.

The keys to successful Search Engine Marketing are:

  • Setting specific, well-defined goals
  • Good keyword research
  • Client participation (content development)
  • Knowledge of what works, how, how quickly and staying within the “best practice” guidelines of the search engines (in other words, a great partnership with US!).
